The moment I met Tim and Isola, they held my hand every step along the way - from making sure that my credit score and finances were ready, guiding me through all aspects of the real estate transaction, (and even after completion of the newly constructed house). They assisted me in securing all the necessary resources such as security system, appliances, and furniture for the house. Their recommendation for the mortgage lender was a dream as the communication was smooth, and the superb team of Tim and Isola being my side making sure I felt relaxed and knew I was properly taken care of. My husband and I had one of the best experience working with Mr. & Mrs. Wilson in our Florida home purchase. The process was seamless, they walked us through and explained everything thoroughly to us. If we had questions they would be a phone call away. Our home purchase experience with Mr Tim was a great one. The first meeting, he sat down with us and explain everything about buying a home in Florida. Mr. Tim is such a genuine person, he listens and guides you in the best possible way. He is always available to explain anything before and after closing. First I must say purchasing a house is very stressful, therefore you need a real good realtor to make the process as smooth as possible.
