In 2003, Tim and Isola launched their real estate career representing the northeast for a Florida-based land developer and home builder. Due to overwhelming requests from clients who wanted or knew someone who wanted New York properties they included New York properties in 2022. Their passion for helping people, work ethics and reputation opened the door for this husband and wife duo to start a real estate concierge.

Together they have spent two decades excelling in the competitive real estate landscape and worked behind the scenes with hundreds of other real estate agents, lawyers and lenders. The secret sauce for their success and the reason for the 5-star client reviews, is directness, transparency, stylish home staging and compelling listing, marketing, expert negotiations, and the ability to keep people and deals on track – calmly and professionally. This ability is part natural instinct and part commitment to advanced, ongoing training and education. A lot of what agents do sounds similar on paper. What varies (significantly) is how they do it and the resulting outcomes for their clients.
